MS + XML + WORD = naughty

Microsoft have been ordered to stop selling Microsoft Word because of patent infringements in their use of XML in Word 2003 and 2007. The loss means that potentially MS Word and Office may be withdrawn when the ruling comes into effect although of course MS will appeal and use any delaying tactics at their disposal to try to extend the period until they have to abide by the ruling, tut tut... naughty MS.
